In an effort to follow through on my goal to record my single serving recipes and share it with my sisters, I have created this blog. I enjoy cooking but I hate leftovers. I am also budgeting my money so I am trying to eat at home more. My goal is to cook at home and eat well. Here is for eating awesome and not having to eat the same thing all week. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, curd and oil in a big bowl. Add water little by little and form soft dough. The dough should not be too tight. Keep aside in a warm place for 3-4 hours or more, till the dough rises. Knead the dough again till it is smooth. Divide in 4 big portions.
